This happened sometime in April yata at ngayon ko lang naipost. :D
It was one of those days that we needed a break from work and food was one of our stress relievers. You know what I mean. Kaya naman naisipan lumayo sa ma-taong malls ng north ave at napadpad sa Tomas Morato. All-you-can-eat lunch sana e pero past lunchtime na nun kaya walang napala. We then spotted this resto because of it's cozy ambiance at iilan pa lang ang tao nun. Place and appearance, check!
Diner's Den serves asian and western dish but unfortunately they don't serve pizza. Naglilihi yata sa pizza un isang kasama namin kaya bumili ng pizza sa labas. Sabi ng crew may corkage daw pero they were kind enough na palusutin kami, nadala yata sa pambobola nun kasama namin. Anyways, that's one good service still. Sa haba ng convincing powers nun kasama namin, nalaman din namin na newly opened lang sila or under a new management (can't really recall which is which basta may new sa kanila). They also host parties for a group of 10-50, 10-20 persons lang yata (memory gap ulet po), na reserved sa kanilang 2nd floor. I was able to go upstairs, restrooms are on the second floor kasi, and it was quite enough for 20 people. Speaking of restrooms, it was clean and orderly, plus points for that.
They handed us flyers and calling cards in case we want to rent the place before we left and I asked if they have a website. Ang natatandaan ko wala daw but they are still on the process. Pero ngayon, matapos maigoogle, nakita ko din ang kanilang official website. Kaya naman for more info, just visit them at http://www.dinersden.net/
Those were the only pictures I had at Diner's Den because my old phone was stolen. I really cant recall what are those dishes basta pasta yung first two at salad yung sa last. Check nyo na lang yung menu sa website nila.
